B2C Telesales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager, a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, a real passion to grow business and build collaborative partnerships to head up our Telesales channel .

As a Telesales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Telesales strategy in the Sales& Distribution Department.

To ensure success in this role you should have experience in Telesales (telecom industry is a plus), in business development, advanced strategic & managerial skills.

 Here’s what you’ll do in your future role:

  • in charge with developing and implementing the Telesales Strategy in the Sales& Distribution Department

  • manage the relationship between Orange Romania and our partners that provide Telesales services

  • make sure that our Telesales Partners are constantly up to date with Orange procedures, offers, sales strategy etc.

  • monitor our partners’ sales performance& proposes improvement actions (Sales KPI follow-up in order to reach operational and financial targets)

  • assess costs of each campaign, competition, and supply and demand to identify best commissioning systems

  • estimate sales volume and profit for current and new campaigns.

  • leverage data/analytics to identify relevant consumer/customer insights, to develop winning plans and grow the business

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach telesales targets

  • oversee the design of specific tools and instruments that Telesales partners need (ex. Special Orange offers created for partners, KPI monitoring tools etc.)  

  • know granularly the key business drivers to define success, design and execute plans

  • develop and implement extensive incentive systems, to make sure that Telesales partners are motivated and generate value both for themselves and Orange Romania

  • develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

  • draft detailed and accurate sales reports

  • create people development tools/ programs in order to help Telesales partners maintain the engagement of their staff

  • act as a single point of contact for Telesales partners with Orange Romania

  • make sure that the Telesales strategy is aligned with all the other Sales Departments in Orange Romania, to assure a coherent and multi-channel customer Experience approach


It’s important for us that you have:

  • Previous Telesales experience, min. 3 years’ experience

  • Experience in telecom industry is a plus

  • Experience in Retail is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, analytics skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Experience in team management

  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines

  • University degree
