Fix Services Proposition Manager

The MKT department is looking for a new colleague to manage the entire marketing strategy on fix services, with focus on convergent propositions for Private and SOHO segments.

The assignment is a limited- duration one, covering a maternity leave - the new colleague will have a 12-month determined work-period contract.

As Fix Service Proposition Manager, you would:

• Research and come to know the behavior and needs of the targeted customers in terms of fix services (voice and broadband).

• Need to always be updated on the existing competitor offers or similar offers on the local and international markets.

• Recommend and validate with key stakeholders the proposed strategy and a prioritized roadmap for the managed portfolio (fix propositions, bundling with mobile services and devices).

• Need to have a genuine interest and concern with ways to improve versus competition.

• Continuously be focused on improving the overall Orange Customers' experience in relation to the fix services.

• Implement the agreed strategy for the assigned portfolio: - defines new services/products/offers and sets the price point (based on business cases and market benchmarks) - participates actively to implement services/products/offers as project manager or team member - submits communication (and PR) briefs - coordinates the distribution channels: assesses/recommends/supports the channel training; proposes targets in line with company budgetary targets

• Provides Sales support to increase revenues and further sales opportunities.

If you have…

• At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing Product or Proposition manager in Telco

• An University Degree

• Good knowledge of MS Office suite

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
