Sourcing BI Business Analyst - SMART solution

As a BI Business Analyst your contribution is needed on the design and testing of the reporting solution, on managing data collection activities and relationship with partners, managing and coordinating data cleansing and data validation, identifying change management issues. You will be required to ensure communication during projects to the stake holders, and to the end users, ensure the support to end users (level 1 and 2), the relationship with countries and corporate teams and the deployment in countries.

Is in charge to monitors and improves the data collection and display process in a manner that will ensure that the data delivery flow is constant for any implemented solution and assure the mmanagement of change requests (analysis of the needs, impact evaluation, designs of functional specifications, prepares test scenarios, run the tests, etc)


You will be required to:

  • participating into  IT projects with teams of contributors from different countries

  • writing down the specifications of the changes  

  • providing IT recipe and organizing business recipes

  • testing application new features in order to identify bugs or inconsistency and to propose solution

  • keeping documentation up to date

  • providing training for users and support team

  • being a proposal force to improve business processes

  • staying informed and explore what's new in the app

  • learning about process differences across countries

  • anticipating risks, define and manage corrective action plans  

  • preparing and presenting synthetic tools for arbitration and decision making  


Professional and personal requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English

  • IT projects experience (functional or business ERP project expertise - preferable  with tasks in areas: configuration, testing, change request implementation, etc) is a must

  • Knowledge on BI environment (Microsoft Power BI, Tableaux, Qlik technology, etc) and experience in procurement processes

  • Ability to develop simple SQL requests  

  • Experience in communicating with customers and responding to their needs

  • Ability to train others, give clear instructions

  • Concern for Accuracy

  • Ability to politely disagree with pre-defined strategies and to propose convincing alternatives

  • Optimist and self-organized with a solid “Can-Do” Attitude

  • Degree from an accredited university
