Talent Sourcing Specialist

Our IT Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist!

What you need for this role:

Ideally you've done some IT recruiting or sourcing. You have a genuine interest in technology, a good sense of humor and an efficient communication style. You are very good at doing research and can Google anything to find people and facts. You feel at ease talking in English.

What you’ll be doing:

Network through various sourcing channels to find candidates with targeted skills, experience and potential. You will make initial contact with leads and potential candidates and you’ll present them the opportunities within our organization.

Bonus: you’ll have a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists right beside you to teach you everything they’ve learned in their extensive recruitment experience.
